Thanks for posting this. I've listed a couple of campaigns and resources from Alzheimer's Society:

You may be interested in finding out more about Dementia Friends which gives people an understanding of dementia and the small things they can do that can make a difference to people living with dementia.

There's also an article about the Carer Information and Support Programme in this month's living with dementia magazine.
