Has anyone had recent experience of their loved one in a care / nursing home having had a dols authorisation following the supreme court judgement in march this year?
The ch has applied for such a dols and i am currently going through this dreadful process again. Experience has shown me from my other relative fil who is in a slightly different setting, a special hospital ward with a locked door controlled by staff, his dols was not authorised, that different authorities interpret this judgement differently.
Any thoughts and experiences would be very much appreciated thanks.
