As part of our campaign to improve quality of care for people with dementia, the Society is looking for examples of good quality dementia care in care homes.

Examples might be organising trips outside the home, good links with NHS services or the way in which relatives and friends are involved in the home. Whatever it is, let us know about it!

We want to help to spread knowledge and encourage people to try different approaches to care. We will be publishing a report in summer to draw attention to the issue

If you know of an example of good practice in a care home, please can you reply to this thread or send me a private message.

    Thanks very much!
    Samantha
