The Energy Innovation Centre, in partnership with Cadent Gas, are looking at the challenges people face when they come across street works.
The aim is to highlight key challenges and the improvements that need to be made for people living with dementia, living with disabilities or neurodiverse people when energy companies have to do essential work in the street.
As part of the survey, they hope to hear from people living with dementia and those who care for them, to ensure they are getting an accurate idea of what these challenges are.
