Can anyone throw light on the difference, if any, between Behavioural Support Unit and Challenging Behaviour Unit?

If there is a difference ...at least to me is the behavioural support would have an individual written plan of support for a specific person. Where the challenging behaviour might refer to a unit that accepts all types of behaviours. However, I am in Canada and I am a retired special Ed. Teacher....so in UK...it could be different. Not sure if this will be helpful.
