Mum fell on BH monday. It was a nasty fall with cuts, bruises and a broken upper arm. But three days on she seems much worse mentally, not better.
On the day she fell she was tired, bored and in pain but other than that she was ok.
On Tuesday, she was very clingly, crying and not making anysense, refusing to co operate with anything.
I did not see her yesterday, but today she was lying almost lifeless seeming in the bed, rousing only to talk rubbish or even rave nonsense pulling off the strapping every few minutes.
Im alarmed by this!
I spoke to this staff who just said they were "keeping an eye on her" which Im sure they are, but is this comon follwing a trauma? Is she likely now to stay like this ?
