Full version of Chrome as reported by Help | About is:-
Version 51.0.2704.103 m (64-bit)

As far as I can tell it's not seeing any of the changes.

I'm on the same version of Chrome as nitram. I can only see the changes when I'm not logged in, same on IE.

Logged in or out makes no difference, one of the first things I tried.

OS is W10 Version 1511 (OS build 10586.420)

Chrome auto updates unless you block it so most chrome users will be on 51

Thanks Nitram, are you able to check Talking Point in any other browsers like IE or Firefox? That'll help me narrow down what's happening here.

I'll have a go at other browsers but I have now arrived at Sue38's state as far as chrome is concerned.
I logged out and then attempted to log in with correct user but false password, this took me to Sue38's state.

You may remember that there was something strange with my logging on and the Chat Room at Christmas.

Firefox - OK
Edge - OK
IE11 - only OK if not logged on
Chrome - only OK if not logged on

Inputs from other ipad users quoting OS version and saying if the change has taken effect, either with or without problems, would be interesting.

Nitram: I'm looking at the site on our work Ipad and I'm not seeing any issues, so I'm going to see who else with an ipad can test this. I'm going to send you a pm with a few other suggestions as well for the issue you're seeing.

Beate: OK not a problem, save that for when you've got some time. One other suggestion is to scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "default mobile style" from the menu in the bottom left. This will show you our mobile style sheet and should let you use the forum while we work on solving your text size problem.

Thanks but I'd rather work with the desktop version I am used to. I just have to zoom the text up a little all the time, which is irritating.

Oh - I just clicked on the Alzheimer's 2015 style which seems to be the old desktop version. I'll use that for now as the text size is bigger!

It may not be of any help, but on safari 5.1.10 on my Mac, the changes seem to have been implemented. In fact, I personally would prefer a smaller font: it's definitely larger than on Firefox.

A new style has been introduced - Talking Point
Switch to this and all OK

Yeah that's the one with the small text size! I've moved back to Alzheimer's 2015 for now. I can do without the new changes.
