Is it usual for DWP Attendance Allowance dept to return a LPA without and letterhead or compliment slip attached? I sent 2 LPAs off to different agencies the same day, one came back on Thursday. I spoke to the AA this morning but they can't tell if they have returned theirs or not, only they have scanned it and 'normally do' if requested to do so.
