I also have spoken to my children in depth and they were very comforting and said they did not know as I always seem to be coping. How good are we at covering up!

Yes we do. People comment on how I'm coping - if only they knew.
I'm glad you're managing to improve your situation. Good luck with the diet. That's something I should consider.
