Dementia Assistance Card

On BBC One Spotlight (South West) yesterday a lady was talking about an assistance card which dementia sufferers could carry asking for help and a contact which might be useful.

There is also one for companions to say the person I am with has dementia. Please be aware we may need some assistance.
