There`s a `nice` little item in this morning`s paper, by Ann Widdecombe, about recent reports that scientists may have found a `real` cure for Alzheimers.
She hopes that by the time the cure becomes available, NICE no longer exists, otherwise only the rich will benefit and stay

sane [UNQUOTE] and the poor will continue to live in the world of Alzheimers.
What is upsetting about the item is her use of the word `sane` with reference to the rich receiving benefit from the new cure.
Nice sentiment, shame about the language.
I would have expected better.
