COVID diagnosis

My sister has been diagnosed as COVID positive in her care home today. She is only 51 and has been diagnosed for 4 years with Alzheimer’s. She hasn’t walked in over a year and has no control over her limbs, she can’t hold a cup and is wracked with constant seizures - on a good day bless her.
I am so scared. The home say she has no symptoms. With her being so young, and no underlying conditions other than her frailty, Alzheimer’s and of course the seizures I have no idea what to expect.
The advice just refers to everyone with Alzheimer’s and COVID being elderly but this isn’t always the case.
Has anyone been in this situation?

So sorry that you are faced with this as well as Alzheimer's and seizures. Mum (88 with vascular dementia) tested positive for Covid, she had a cough but that was all. She was given A/b's and paracetamol and we were told a few days ago that she is now clear.
