Hi all,
This is my first post on here since I joined. My dad hasn’t been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s yet however, Drs are pretty certain that he has early onset Alzheimer’s, he is 57.
My dads symptoms has gotten much worse over the last few months, he sees and hears things and gets very confused. My dad recently had a stroke and is ok but my mum works full time and has to go back to work this week. I am unsure whether to move in with them for a while until he is a bit better or will my dad get too reliant on my company and help. I worry about him and my mum and I am so unsure what to do.

Hello and welcome @kly95.

That is a tough problem. In my experience with my wife(also early onset at diagnosis) she has become 100% reliant on me - she doesn't even eat unless prompted.

Your dad is a vulnerable adult, even without a diagnosis, so Social Services owe a duty of care. It may be worth contacting them to see if any help can be given. Here's a link to the Society Factsheet about seeking help
