COP 1E and COP 24 - help with filling in please!

Hi, am filling in cop 1 & also forms 1E & 24 in order to buy mum’s property as her attorney. Any advice or examples welcome please. Eg. Is a bank statement acceptable as evidence of income & care home fees? Do they want a document to show mum’s ownership of property?
