my parents have just recieved two and a half years of nursing home fees with nterest due to a passing camment of aomeone where my uncle works saying is a barrister he fought the case and won all grans money back, going to buy her a huge bunch of flowers next time i visit her grave as we all got a little belated treat off her, just sad that when she died had to pay home all that money and stress of selling her house when there was no real rush.
