    the Health promotion Leader for Older people with mental health problems, from Doncaster and South Humberside mental health team.

    Kim will discuss health and mental health promotion with older people who have mental health problems….as we know this has long been overlooked but adults have always had the service.

    There will be a discussion about lifestyles, physical health, social inclusion, planning for later life etc
