Right so I booked my flight to the UK a month ago, carefully selected aisle seats, and when I went to print out my ticket this morning I found that *poof* my seat assignment had disappeared. Called the airline, only to be told that I had removed it 2 hours before. I hadn't (I wasn't even up at that time, if you want to know the truth). Of course, no aisle seats left now. It's not that it happened that is irritating me, is the stupid CSR telling me that I did it that's really eating at me. I know I have to let it go - it's done and there's not a lot left for me to do, apart from complaining to customer relations (which I have done). In fact, I'm not sure WHY I can't let it go - after all the last 3 flights I travelled to the UK on, I didn't even get on the flight I was supposed to be on, and my luggage got lost etc etc etc. I just want to strangle someone, and really that's not like me (well, not about something like this, anyway). I suppose it's because I carefully planned that I would have a 3 hour layover in Philadelphia in order that I (and my bags) WOULDN'T miss the connection, and now this happens. Pathetic isn't it?
