CHC funding......How long before you can reapply?

If you apply for CHC funding and go through the entire process including appeals etc, how long is it before you can start the process all over again.
Obviously the whole process will take maybe six month, which means Mum will have deteriorated since she was originally assessed..........
Can you you keep banging in applications one after the other?

I have had a look through this, but there is no mention of how soon you can reapply if you exhaust all appeals and it is still declined.
