Carers employed by me advice needed asap please

It must be tough, it's all so very draining. My mum has been in a care home for nearly 3 weeks now and it's so good to be able to breathe again! Glad you have one good carer and I hope that you do summon up the energy for more interviews as it sounds like you really need a break now.

Yes its so draining emotional and physically drained i am that five hours goes to quick in reality not five hours more like 4 after carers
Hopefully will find another soon

You proaably need to get on an interview and appoint your applicants if they are appropriate. They may have moved on and applied for other jobs now. Dont leave it too long
