Care home staffing

Had meeting with manager and raised issues I have. She has taken these on board and it was all very amicable. Dont think there will be any extra staff but she will see if someone can be downstairs more often and I have asked them to change my mum at lunchtime before we get to the wet patch syndrome. She agreed that it wasnt very nice and has promised to update the care plan. Mum is happy there and if she is happy I am happy! Let's hope these small changes make a difference.
