Hi my mum has shown interest in going to a CH for respite care while I go on holiday for a week in a couple of months. What is the situation with isolation on admission now? There is no way she could isolate, she suffers from anxiety so needs a lot of support especially in s strange environment. Thanks in advance if anyone could help

I've recently been visiting care homes with a view to moving my mother in law into care and moving my mother from her care home to one nearer me. Every home seems to have a different policy, so I'd ring up the ones you fancy and see what their policy is. Of course things could change for the better or the worse in a month or two.
