I am not sure if any of you other computer literate people have set up a blog to keep friends and family updated with your situations. I've found it to be an invaluable help - it allows my family and friends far away, and even locally, to read my updates at their leisure, and so when they do phone, they have an idea of what the latest news is. I don't have to keep repeating what's been happening. I think it also helps me to put into words what is happening, and it will be good to have a record of what these days were like - I'm sure I'll forget exactly what we went through when.
