A simple question. If my dad goes into residential care, will his attendance Allowance still be due and paid directly to the care home.nor will he lose it.
All the info I can find is we must inform of change of circumstances, but not what happens.

If he is self-funding, it will still be paid to him. If he is not, it won't be paid at all.

As above and it should be paid into the nominated bank account as normal.
