Any body caring in central Beds wanting to meet up now and again? I am in final stages with mum but nobody in everyday life really understands what it's like.

We have a great carers cafe in Letchworth which I am sure you would be welcome to but also have you phoned carers in bedfordshire http://www.carersinbeds.org.uk/
they have a carers cafe on a saturday in Biggleswade but give them a ring first to see if it is mostly carers of adults or children
    CARERS CAFÉS
    Biggleswade
Carers are welcome either on their own or
with the person they are caring for. Provides an
opportunity to meet others in a similar position,
acquire information and advice and access
treatments such as chiropody, hair dressing, and
    relaxation treatments.

    142 London Road, Biggleswade, SG18 8EL
First Saturday of every month, 1.00–5.00pm

Let me know if you want more info about the letchworth cafe x
