BBC iplayer

I like listening to music on the BBC iplayer. It works fine on my old computer using Windows XP, but not on my new laptop using Windows 7. I've tried the BBc's suggestions, but that has not helped. The iplayer window comes up OK, but has no background picture & no "click to play" button. I have tried other suggestions on the web, but they don't help either. Anyone else had problems with Windows 7?

Derek, can't help but wanted to sympathise cos this is just the sort of thing that would happen to me.

My husband's laptop uses? windows 7
When we tried to load software for our mobile phones to upload photos it didn't recognise the software

Sorry not a help in anyway. Just saying we have also had problems with windows 7
