Battery operated clock calendar?

Can anyone recommend a freestanding clock calendar that runs off battery only? There are plenty that run off mains but mum hasn't many sockets and also likes to switch things off at the wall (TV, radio etc) for safety reasons which would defeat the object. Preferable no alarm and no thermometer.

My mum has this one. It runs on batteries and can go on wall or stand up. It can be radio controlled to update time etc but I switched that off and just manually change time when clocks go forward. Hi @Jayenne if there is any equipment that must stay on you can buy lockable socket covers that can be easily fitted without an electrician. They are available for both single and double sockets
