    Hi All,
I have a bank card that I can use to get money out of my mum's current account. She signed the forms a few years age so I was able to do this for her with the card. I don't know if I can in fact sign cheques on her behalf.
    Thanks
    Sonia x

You will have to ask the bank.
She may have just authorised a debit card in your name but not added you as a third party signatory.
