Bananas

Has anyone else noticed if you feed a dementia patent bananas they become a lot more active? no improvement on the brain just seem to have a lot more energy.
I gave my dad some banana and custard for pudding. The next day he was sending me crazy with his up and down and wizzing around.

An outside chance he could be short of potassium, see if avocado or sweet potato have the same effect or take him for a blood test.
