Attendnce Allowance

I was in same situation in May. It was going on for 8 weeks. I used the code on their envellope and phoned them. They were very helpful. They had just dealt with it but had sent confirmation to wrong address, wrong house number! Very annoying. It was back dated.

I sent the full LPA last Saturday, tracked. They received it Monday lunch time. I received one back yesterday which I think was from the AA dept but I'm not sure as I posted 2 last Saturday, one to another agency but there was no compliment slip or letterhead with it, nothing! Even the retrurn address for undelivered mail dosen't give me a clue.
I'll ring them again Monday morning as I've had no official correspondence from them tellling me it was declined, yet I was told 2 weeks ago over the phone a decision had been made and was in the post
