I have an assessment for my memory loss in 2 or 3 weeks, i'm wondering what they do in these assessments? What should I expect? What kind of things they will be looking for and at?
I'm scared I have dementia or something, a brain tumour, cancer etc.
Will the assessment be able to say how severe the issue is? Would it be able to tell me if it's dementia or not?
In the meantime what should I look out for? Any symptoms which are massive red flags that I need to be aware of?

I'm mostly wondering how these assessments work, what they will do and what it will tell me? I'm also wondering what they do after the assessments, refer me on, medication, diagnosis? Will I get a diagnosis from an aassessment?

The memory test is nothing to be worried about. It does take a couple of hours but that includes a general chat about your history. With my mother , she had a scan before the meeting.
The results normally take about 4 to 6 weeks.
