Any cup recommendations please?

Hi, my MIL is spending a lot of time in bed and drifts off to sleep whilst drinking her tea. She has carers 3 times a day but they don’t have time to stay with her while she drinks as she only sips a little at a time. Recently she has spilled her tea over herself several times and I’m obviously worried she’s going to scald herself. Any recommendations please on sealed cups that don’t look too childlike ( she would take offence and not use them) ? Thanks very much.
