I told my Dad so many times that I loved him. I just hope he heard and who was telling him. Although he passed away in December 03 not a day goes by when I don't talk to him, and say sorry. Sorry for not doing more than I did. But of course, we all do everything we can but so desperately want and need to do so much more. Then the guilt takes over again. But eveyday he tells me not to say sorry anymore, for he knows I did all I could, but I still tell him everyday just the same.

Is this a TP record?

83 posts in under an hour. Haven't counted the contributors, but that's probably a record too!

Dear Ian/Waffagolf,

Your dad will have known how much you loved him, and still love him, without you having to say a word.

Take care, love

I am going to have to go in five mins as I have stars to write.......
So sorry I have missed Russell, I have had a visit from the Alzheimer's support team who brought me a copy of a short film I took part in as part of their training programme.

I am looking forward to seeing all your comments though.

I missed out too, as I was spending the time with the lady I care for.
Nevermind.
Its good to know there are 'stars' out there who care enough about AD to help.
