The Alzheimer’s Show, supported by the Alzheimer’s Society, is the only event of its kind where, in one place, at one time, visitors can listen to and question leading dementia experts, take part in practical activity sessions, receive practical advice from professionals and family carers alike, and meet over 60 exhibitors showcasing the latest and best products and services.
The show is a positive and engaging experience, giving visitors the opportunity to ask questions, meet fellow carers, share their experiences, find practical help, discover new ideas and ways of caring for a person with dementia.
Conference speakers include representation from the Society, CQC and people live with dementia and their carers among others. There will also be a Question Time panel on both days with key professionals in the field of dementia discussing a range of topics. Finally, there will be Practical Activities Workshops including horticulture, aromatherapy and reflexology, singing, sensory and art - all designed to help in the care of a person living with dementia.
The event will take place on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th June at London Olympia.
