Just to let you know mum's funeral was today. A pretty decent turnout. The weather was good no rain. Horrible if you're at the graveside. Lovely eulogy. I only cried a little. Don't know if it was because I saw her in the Chapel of Rest and realised it wasn't her and she looked weird . I also wrote a card for her and that was in her coffin. Maybe it was the rescue remedy. Tastes nice too. All this will probably come back and kick me up the ass. I'll deal with it when it comes.

Glad it's done. Worried for dad since he's on his own.

Thanks all of you for listening.

Bye Sue xx

Rescue Remedy is very good. I used a ton of it when my mum was in hospital & the days between her death & the funeral. It’s normal to feel a bit numb etc. Take time out, practice self care. Something I didn’t really do & now regret tbh but I had to carry on working being self employed xx

My mother would cry at anyone's funeral, overwhelmingly so. She found ignatia30, a homeopathic remedy a great help. She said she still felt the sadness but was not out of control. Just one when needed, under the tongue.
