Aggression and delusion

my dad is 3 years into diagnosis and has suddenly become fixated on accusing my mum of wanting an affair 20 years ago and it made him look a fool, he’s packed her suitcase a few times this week told her he doesn’t want her quite aggressively on numerous occasions, he’s mentioned this before in the past year but it’s nevee been followed by aggression or been continuous for days, he say and it’s nothing to do with Alzheimer’s he’s always been like this, we’re at our wits end

A chat with the GP may be useful as these accusations and agitation are common so the Doctor may be able to calm things with mediation
