    O dear Sylvia. What a dreadful phone call that must have been from Dhiren's home. You must have been so upset and still feeling so I expect.
    Dhiren's chest has been worrying you for some time now. I do hope that it can now be treated properly and that he makes a speedy recovery.
    I do hope that the possibility of a stroke is discounted too.
