Hello. I know that the good weather may be coming to an end, but over the years I have been playing in the garden with my wife (AD) the french game BOULE.
My wife can enjoy this. One line instructions and a little walk and bending and she can even beat me which makes it good therapy for all.

A friend bought us a game of 'Quoits' a few years back ... might try that with mum ..... even indoors (with supervision!!!)
