    Hi Cliff

Hope you are feeling better today. My dad was a great one for the SMW with hot water and honey, he used to say it kills the bugs, and soothes the throat.

    Sending you hugs.

    Love

    Cate

Aren't you all marvellous, much better than GP's tonics - bless you all.

Wretched cold is lingering and my concern is obviously Dee so will see our lady GP tomorrow. Then it's flu jabs tomorrow pm.

Had Carer this afternoon - thanks to A D Society - so was able to get a three hour sleep on the bed - total luxury - shoes off and zonk !!

    Love to all of you

    Hi Cliff,

Glad you managed to get some sleep this afternoon. I hope you'll be feeling better soon.

Keep up the SMWs, you deserve them.

    Love,

    Hello Hazel,

Amazing how on TP we get to know one another.

From your few nice words, realise you know exactly what it feels like.

Love to you and John and do hope ..................everything for you both
