No I just had track suit bottom & a top; the other woman had long flowing skirts, with a belt around the waist that jingles. Or trouser with the belt, the woman that was teaching us did have a short skirt with belt & a top that showed us her belly , it’s a lot of hip movement more then bally, she does the bally part really good & say if you can’t move your bally like this ,
( you should she her ripe cage move as she breath in out & the bally roll up in and out & down lol ) your very unfit , Ok don't look at me while you say that I thought
