5-HTP [100MG] Had a chat with a pharmacist today, mainly to see if there was anything else mum could take to help with the restless nights, recommended 5-HTP. claims it shouldn't have no effect on the 15mg Mirtazapine, of course I will talk to gp before we try this, but you know how long that takes, booking a call back etc, etc. So in meantime thought I'd see if anyone here has tried/heard of this? I have googled it, does look hopeful, but there is a lot of info to read.

Not being licensed does not mean it is ineffective or harmful, being licensed means that the particular compound has been assessed and is of standard formulation.
