    Norman Lamb: ...time, local authorities have a duty to meet carers'

    support them in their caring role. The Prime Minister's challenge
    on *dementia* 2020, published on 21 February 2015, recognises the vital
    role of carers of people with *dementia* and states that, by 2020, we
    would wish to see carers of people with *dementia*...

    Norman Lamb: ...local authorities and the NHS to work together, and
    engage local partners, including voluntary sector organisations. Local
    areas will be expected to use some of this to improve care for people
    with *dementia*.
