Thank you all so much for your time. I went in today and the home had called out GP. Mom has been sent to hospital this afternoon.
Initial findings are low blood pressure/oxygen levels and a chest infection suspected-awaiting confirmation by x-ray. She looks very unwell.

I am going to ring the psychiatrist at 9am today. Mom is now 100% convinced Dad is dead and keeps asking when the funeral is so this is not a blip that is going away.

Wonder if anyone can help me? My Mom 82 and has quite late diagnosed VaD and patchy AZ.
Last few weeks has been saying her legs just are not working and are giving away on her.
Doctor referred her back to vascular clinic where in the past she has had by-pass on legs and more...
Thanks for the replys, sorry its late as things a little hectic at present. She does take her medication yes as Dad sees to that, I think it is just the condition winning over the drugs. I suppose in my own mind thats what progressive means.
