K had a good day with the ex-girlfriend and Olivia

Tom was up downstairs at the CH and sort of ok.

The wine I bought by mistake, is actually quite nice.

So maybe sort of not a bad day

One of our trees has just blossomed and looks beautiful
I ordered a pair of jeans a size smaller on the internet and they fit
and best of all..... My friends breast lump is not cancer

1. I started gardening and filled 3 urns with pansies

2. My friend got on well meeting Hugh the vicar, re her sons funeral (The vicar is a friend of mine)

3. Hugh and his wife called in after tea and we all sat and had icecream

1) neighbour is having my dog when I'm away in Amsterdam for wk end for mothers day treat with my son...dog will put on many lbs no doubt as neighbour always leaves hulking hock lamb bones for her outside our door and I throw them away much to dogs displeasure!

2) not been away for many many years..not left dog with anyone in 10 yrs...so an adventure..eek

3) I feel my mother is happy "up there" and looking out for me

2) Having Pizza for supper
3) My Cherry Cake looks fab.....

Went to the Labour Party 'do' with son last night, hated it and realised I am still to the left and everyone else in our ward is in stasis. #time to move on dot com forward slash STOP TALKING ABOUT THATCHER AND SCARGILL!

Painted my dining room and papered a 'feature' 'brick' wall...cost a bomb, was a b*gger to do...but I don't hate it.

Made a Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad for tea (to please P) and I didn't hate it.

2. I had a good chat to another Sarah - she seemed to understand me!

3. Got another place to give a dementia friends talk - not feeling up to doing a talk at the moment but I know I will do at some point!

my friend james is an old friend and an artist Ali is a friend i met through crafting they are both my friends on facebook
Ali admired a painting James had posted and they got in touch with each other tentatively
today they took me out to lunch to celebrate the fact that they are now a couple!
i am now in london and glad i made the right decision to take some time out
tomorrow we are meeting up again and i hope to see the pelicans in st james park!

We had our eldest granddaughter for the morning
She and I made a smartie cake
Her mum is sending her back to us tomorrow to paint paste eggs.

1 My daughter announced she is running for Alzheimers Charity
2 My other daughter WANTS to do her homework
3 My dog just moithered me to go on a walk int he glorious spring sunshine down to a beautiful lake

2. its so nice to see them so happy

3. i have had some lovely talks with friends old and new at our London house.

now i am planning how to spend my last day in London tomorrow i

1. i went to kew gardens and took hundreds of photos ! literally

2. The sun shone and so many different flowers were in bloom
