Poo

Dad is in a care home. He is in the moderate stage of mixed dementia. His room has an ensuite loo and shower. He is not incontinent but last week his glasses were found down the toilet in his poo and today when I opened his window there was a poo on the window ledge wrapped in toilet paper - WHY? what is this behaviour trying to say - can anyone shed any light?

Hi my mum who is 90 has had dementia for the last 6yrs has done this we have found poo in my dad's coat pocket and on the curtains,she has put a cup down the toilet and we have lost her bottom dentures a while ago,and we reckon she put them down the toilet the same time.All I can make out is they don't know what to do with the poo so they just put it in different places to hide it.
