The team leader of the Doncaster NHS trust young onset dementia service.


"We are a small team , 2 qualified staff 2 support workers we offer initial assessments , ongoing support to the client and carer , we run 2 therapeutic activity days for sufferers and I am a member of the user and carer support group here in Doncaster called the PROP ( people relying on people )group who are very active in supporting the development of services .
I will do my best to answer anything from questions on younger onset dementia to carer advice service development or activities.
