My dad's passed away - thank you to TP for all your support

My dad passed away peacefully last Friday. After all the chaos and upset of his last weeks in hospital fighting infections and becoming more and more frail, he just slipped away quietly in the nursing home with me sitting by his bedside. I'm grieving for him, but I'm glad he's free of all the pain and anguish now. I want to thank AS and especially members of the TP forum for the enormous amount of support and advice I've been able to find here over the past couple of years - I really don't know how I'd have managed without it at times. My heart goes out to all of you having to deal with this dreadful illness.
