I suggested the same thing months ago. Read my story. My mother died in a residential bed having sustained shock 10 days earlier. I was desperate to get her some form of proper nursing . The care home said they could look after her needs. The day they said that to Social Services she sustained shock.
She was refused CHC 31 days before death ie 21 days before the shock!
She should have had Fast Track and a proper nursing plan!
