Our Scrap and Yap craft group that we started running before I was ill and I still help run
(although I find it tremendously taxing) has been featured in a national magazine as Club of the month

wish we could run it more than once a month but to be honest I dont think we could

Once a Month for a Club / Group like yours is just right Sarah & feel if you did it say Weekly you would soon be bored or with each other !

Do you have " Theme " Months like making Easter Cards before Easter etc ?

Oh Sarah ! , Thats a GOOD IDEA ! having a Theme every Month ! , all this News about " Crafty Groups " reminds me of my Auntie Ida who was very good "With Her Hands " & made lovely Wedding Cakes & knitted me a Lovely Chunky Cardigan keeps me nice & warm in the Winter ! She also made lovely Baby Shawls

Am glad have the Cardigan as its brings back good memories of Auntie Ida

Hi Guys

Just popped in and seen this thread and guess what when i lived in Scotland before moving over to N.Ireland i worked in Tunnocks and i made the wafers for the caramel wafers,my job was one of the things i missed most after moving hope you enjoyed the wafers take care Marian xx
