Dear Muriel

I have been sorry to read of all the suffering that you and your dear Bryan have been through; it has been a heart-breaking journey for both of you and I pray that you will both now be able to find peace. I hope that once the initial period of overwhelming grief has passed, you will be able to sit back and remember the good times you had together, and the love you shared, before this awful illness robbed you of the man you loved.

Your love and care for Bryan has been an example to us all.
