Will you join me. Today, as we honour and remember our service men and women I am lighting a memory candle in support of dementia sufferers and carers, and loved ones who are no longer with us. Please join me.

We are watching the recording of the Royal British Legion service which was shown last night. We've given mum the picture of my dad in his navy uniform.

Will be thinking off all sufferers and carers and those who have lost loved ones to dementia as well.
